The Shankly Hotel Liverpool

We had a fantastic hen weekend at this hotel. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station. The check-in process was smooth, and we were welcomed with a singer and a great atmosphere. The staff were attentive, and the room was well decorated and clean. Although there was a small mistake with the Prosecco and cupcakes, the hotel made up for it by giving us an extra bottle of Prosecco. The evening meal and breakfast were both delicious. we had a well-organized and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Shankly hotel is perfectly located, providing easy access to all of Liverpool's attractions. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being right near everything they need to get to. the rooms are spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff at reception are accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The concierge service is also excellent, providing helpful information and assistance throughout your stay. Guests can also expect a comfortable and quiet night's sleep, despite being situated on a busy road. the location and room facilities at this hotel make for a pleasant stay.

There were a few maintenance issues, such as a drawer front falling off, and some lighting not working properly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and were pretty good too ensure my partner's birthday was special. The room had a beautiful vintage vibe and the jacuzzi bath was a wonderful touch. The hotel's Shankley memorabilia museum was a must-see, and the food at the Bastion restaurant was of high quality. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions and nightlife. the staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to help.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel in Liverpool. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the activities I had planned. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent customer service from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The room was spotless and spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The jacuzzi bath was a delightful addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. the level of comfort and quality service at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were amazing, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Plus, the bar in the hotel had delicious food and offered discounts on drinks for residents.
